English is Easy?

 As an English teacher, It's important to make sure that our students enjoy when learned. English subject is not our mother tongue. So, we must have many ways to deliver it in the class. 

Actually, even we have tried so many ways, methods, and creativities, most of students say they don't like English. They feel English is hard. The root of problems are : They never practice it. 

There are some problems which make students never try to practice. Some of them feel ashame about pronunciation, others face confuse to put the right words, and so on. 

For me, I know that English is hard to teach. We can't force our students to speak fluent instantly. It's because English is not our first language, even it's the internasional language. So, how the way? From my experience, we have to ask our students to practice step by step. We can start from one word, explain them how to say the word. After that we continue to combine some words.The key of success is practice, practice, practice. 

I believe the way can produce most of students have the good skills in English. How about your opinion?
